Inclement Weather Advisory:

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to inclement weather. Please check directly with the delivery carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, R&L, etc…) for your order if your package has been delayed. Gocheap Autoparts is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by inclement weather or delivery carrier service interruptions.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are determined based on shipping services, destination address, and weight of your order. Your actual shipping charges will be shown during checkout and will be updated if you change your shipping service, destination address, or cart contents, Shipping charges are not refundable whatsoever. Seller is not responsible for any delays in UPS or freight shipments. Freight delivery is beyond the seller’s contract. All freight/UPS charges are non-refundable.

Large Item Special Shipping:

Large or heavy items, including most engines and transmissions, require freight shipping. We will ship all heavy or odd shaped part via freight truck to either a business with docking capabilities, local freight terminal, or residential addresses with an included lift gate.

Most oversized items leave the warehouse within 2 business days, and arrive 3-10 business days after leaving the warehouse. Providing a residential address for freight delivery may delay your shipment since the delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. An adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery.

The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the items from the truck, or carrying the parts into the building. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend having a forklift or a friend to help unload the item and bring it inside. The total charge does not include inside delivery or removal of cartoons.

Upon delivery of your order, you should immediately inspect the freight item for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging, as well as the contents of the package.

Parts Damaged During Shipping:

You should inspect your automotive parts upon delivery. If you find that the parts you have received are damaged, accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip, and leave a copy for your records. Then immediately contact Gocheap Autoparts at 888-919-0415 Please have your order number available when you call.

Making a Claim:

  • Upon delivery of the damaged parts, make a note of the damaged on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery Person should also sign the slip, and leave a copy with you. No claims will be allowed without such notes being made.
  • Take a digital photo of the damaged items.
  • Save any damages material, and have it available for pickup. If you submit a claim for damaged material and do not have the damaged material ready for us to pick up when we deliver the replacement parts, you will be billed for the replacement material and freight to get it to you.
  • If you refuse a replacement order, you will be charged the original freight cost, and any restocking fees that might apply.

By receiving the invoice receipt from GOCHEAP AUTOPARTS, the customer acknowledges all warranty terms and will follow the standard trade practices of GOCHEAP AUTOPARTS.
